The Bladder Tank is an essential part of the Bladder Tank Proportioning System.
They require no external power, other than a supply of water to ensure proper operation.
The Vertical and Horizontal Bladder tanks are designed and constructed in accordance with the latest revisions of I.S.P.E.S.L.or ASME code Section VIII for unfired pressure vessels. They have a working pressure of 12 bar (175 PSI) and they are tested to 17,2 bar (249,5 PSI). Used with a ratio controller, this system is designed to inject foam concentrate into a suitable water supply and to automatically proportion foam concentrate over a wide range of flows and pressures.
Vertical pressure proportioning system with foam concentrate inside of the bladder mod. SE-MXC-I
For stationary systems using low, medium or high expansion foam. It requires no electrical connection and therefore is suitable where absolute reliability and low maintenance are requirements. It is used for concentrate stocking. Its vertical configuration makes it ideal for areas with limited floor space but available height.
Vertical pressure propotioning system (twin bladder tank) with foam concentrate inside of the bladder mod. SE-MXC-I-2X
Similar to the proportioning system described above, this system comprises two tanks, allowing continuous fire-fighting capability even while one tank is being re-filled or serviced (including bladder replacement).
Vertical pressure propotioning system (twin bladder tank) with foam concentrate inside of the bladder mod. SE-MXC-H-I
Similar to the proportioning system described above, this system comprises two tanks, allowing continuous fire-fighting capability even while one tank is being re-filled or serviced (including bladder replacement).
