2.- PRINCIPLES ON THE TREATMENT OF DATA
In the processing of your personal data we will apply the following principles that comply with the requirements of the new General Data Protection Regulations (RGPD):
Principle of legality, loyalty and transparency: We will always require your consent to the processing of your personal data for one or more specific purposes that we will inform you in advance with absolute transparency.
Principle of minimization of data: We will only require data strictly necessary in relation to the purposes for which we require them. The minimum possible.
Principle of limitation of the conservation period: the data will be kept for no longer than necessary for the purposes of the treatment, depending on the purpose. In the section of Data Conservation, we will inform you of the corresponding conservation period. In the case of subscriptions, we will periodically review our lists and eliminate those inactive records for a considerable time.

In SABO we treat the personal data that is collected, to:
Manage the contact form or, through any other means of contact (e-mail, telephone, paper, …), to respond to queries raised that are made for commercial and mercantile purposes related to the activity of SABO.
Manage contractual relationships with our customers, suppliers, employees and users of the web in everything related to the provision of services, collection and payment thereof or to inform you of information and commercial offers of our products.
In no case will the personal data of the users be used for any other additional purpose.
5. DATA THAT ARE TREATED
The data to be processed by SABO within the framework of the relationship with the interested party and conditioned to the consented purposes, are included in the following categories:
Identification and contact information, for example, by way of example and not limitation: name and surname, email, telephone number in the form. Without prejudice to request other identifying information when you contact by e-mail or telephone.
On the web only identifying data are requested, but to be able to carry out the desired commercial relationship it is possible that bank and commercial data are requested and even academic and professional data can be managed if someone contacted by e-mail sending their CV.
6. CONSERVATION OF DATA
The personal data provided will be kept while:

On the other hand, the data will be susceptible to be transferred to the Administrations and other public organisms as well as to banking entities for the fulfillment of the pertinent legal obligations.
Likewise, SABO reserves the right to transfer personal information it has in the event of sale or assignment of all or part of the business or assets. In the event of such sale or assignment, SABO will do everything reasonably possible to cause the buyer or assignee to use such personal information in a manner consistent with our Privacy Policy. Once the sale or assignment has been made, the user may contact the acquiring entity to which we have transferred their personal information and ask them about their treatment.
INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
The data is susceptible to be accessed from outside the European Union and the European Economic Area, although with States where there are decisions of adaptation to the levels of protection established by the RGPD of the European Union, such as the United States of America, where the privacy shield is established (Decision (EU) 2016/1250 of July 12, 2016).
8. LEGITIMATION FOR THE PROCESSING OF YOUR DATA
The legal basis for managing the relationship with customers, suppliers, employees, users of the website, other interested parties and to offer information about SABO products and offers can be the consensual commercial relationship, the execution of a contract or the unequivocal consent of the interested party if there is no prior contractual relationship.

In certain circumstances, the clients or interested parties may request the limitation of the treatment, so that SABO will only reserve and use them in the cases authorized by the Law.
When the data is collected in a structured format, customers or interested parties may ask SABO to directly transmit their data to other responsible parties or receive their data in electronic format, to store it on their own devices, without having to transmit it to other responsible parties.
The interested party may exercise these rights by sending an email to the address rgpd@sabo-esp.com, attaching a photocopy of the ID or substitute identification document and clearly indicating the right you wish to exercise. You can also make the request by mail to the address indicated above.
Finally, we inform interested parties that they can submit a claim related to the processing of their personal data before the Control Authority (www.aepd.es).
10. APPLICABILITY TO OTHER WEBSITES AND SOCIAL NETWORKS
The SABO website may contain links to the accounts SABO has on social networks (Flickr, Google+ or Vimeo, among others). The treatment of the data that is carried out of the people who become followers in the social networks of the official pages of SABO will be governed by this privacy policy as well as by those conditions of use, privacy policies and access regulations that belong to the social network that proceeds in each case and previously accepted by the SABO user.
SABO will treat your data with the purpose of correctly managing your presence in the social network, informing about activities, products, services, offers and other information of interest, as well as any other purpose that the regulations of social networks allow. In no case we will use the profiles of followers in social networks to send advertising individually.
In case links were introduced to other sites, it must be taken into account that SABO does not have any control whatsoever, nor does it hold any responsibility for the data protection policies or measures of other websites.
11.- NAVIGATION AND COOKIES.
The SABO website does not use its own cookies of any kind. The Web only has a tracking code that uses GOOGLE ANALYTICS.
GOOGLE ANALYTICS is a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc., a Delaware company whose main office is in Mountain View (California) United States. GOOGLE ANALYTICS uses a tracking system to help SABO analyze the use made by users of the website that will be directly transmitted and archived by Google on servers in the United States.
12. PROFESSIONAL SECRET
Private communications between customers, suppliers, employees and users or visitors to the web and SABO personnel through any of the usual channels of communication are confidential. Access to this information is restricted by technological tools (passwords included) and by internal controls. All private communications between SABO and customers, suppliers, staff and users or visitors to the website will be considered confidential. In addition, the information of any type exchanged between both parties, information that both parties agree that has such nature and information about confidential information will also have the status of confidential.
13. COMMERCIAL MAIL
According to the LSSICE, SABO does not perform SPAM practices, so it does not send commercial e-mails that have not been previously requested or authorized by the User. Consequently, in each of the forms available on the website, the User has the possibility of giving his express consent to receive the newsletter, regardless of the commercial information promptly requested. In accordance with the provisions of Law 34/2002 on Services of the Information Society and electronic commerce, SABO undertakes not to send communications of a commercial nature without properly identifying them.
14. UNDERAGE
Those over the age of thirteen may register as users on the SABO website without the prior consent of their parents or guardians. In the case of children under thirteen, consent is required. In no case shall data be collected from the minor regarding the professional, economic situation or the privacy of the other members of the family, without the consent of the latter.

This privacy policy is subject to periodic reviews to improve and adapt changes in accordance with the legislation in force, as well as update our practices regarding the collection, use and transfer of information.
15. CHANGES IN THE SECURITY AND DATA PROTECTION POLICY
SABO reserves the right to modify its security and data protection policy on a discretionary basis, to adapt it to legislative or jurisprudential changes, with effect from the date of publication of said modification. Changes that affect the processing of personal data will be announced on this page reasonably in advance of its implementation.
